Sara was our guide and I cannot talk highly enough of her. She knew her history but she also knew how to connect with all her tour group. She was especially good with my teenagers and held their interest for the whole tour.

— Jo-Anne

Our tour guide was excellent! She was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and experienced. She made us feel very comfortable and we enjoyed the tour very much!

— Karina

Maximilliano was absolutely awesome! He was thorough in explaining the history about the Eiffel Tower along with all the major landmarks around. He made sure that we left the tour with more knowledge than when we got there and answered all our questions while making it seem fun and not like a history lesson. Definitely recommend!

— Jennifer

Jess was wonderful! We learned so much about baguettes and pastries, with hands-on participation, tastings, and treats to take home. Highly recommend!

— Kristin

What an amazing time! Pierre was incredible! The staff was very patient even with extra people in their space! Learning how to make all the different things was a great time! Highly recommend!

— Duncan

This was a wonderful experience, probably my best experience in Paris to date. We had an excellent host in Valentina, who was very knowledgeable about French baking and generally a very kind, funny, and informative person. We learned how to make baguettes, boules, and financiers, which was truly a unique and interesting experience.

— Marc

We had such an incredible family experience with our guide Igor. It was completely hands-on and the entire family (2 parents and three teenagers) all had a blast! We left with enough delicious baked goods that we made ourselves to last the next few days.

— Chris

My 15 year old daughter and I had an illuminating experience, seeing behind the scenes at a French bakery, making a baguette and financiers as well as rolling and tasting croissants. Jess (our guide) was informative and an excellent teacher.

— Briony

Martin was excellent! He showed us how to make baguettes, croissants & desserts. Super helpful explaining the how & why on particular baking nuances. We learned so much in just 90 minutes & took out what we made.

— Jean

Absolutely excellent tour, perfect for our family with 11 and 14 year olds. So interesting to see the process of bread and pastry making in the heart of Paris. We took our bread away and ate it in a sunny park nearby with some jambon & fromage, perfect! Cannot recommend highly enough!

— Naomi

Super fun and informative. Got to be in a real French bakery and learn about French bread, croissants and make financiers from start to finish. David was a great tour guide! And we loved all the tastings, too.

— Cynthia

It was a brilliant experience learning what happens in a French bakery with Jesse. We got to make baguettes and make some French pastries and roll some croissants! It was fantastic.

— Brooke

— Patrick

Private tour suitable for children of all ages. We were with our 8-year-old daughter and 78-year-old grandma, and we really enjoyed it. Julian took great care of us from start to finish and was able to inspire us with his knowledge.

Ben was very helpful and enthusiastic about her city. These passages are beautiful and interesting. I doubt I could have found it without help.

Cannot express how amazing this tour is with Igor!! Very entertaining and very knowledgeable! This was by far one of my favorite tours and definitely worth the money to see the VIP areas. Highly recommend!

— Laura

Sophie, our guide was brilliant. This counts among the best and most fascinating 90 minutes, I have spent in Paris or anywhere for that matter. This is a Must Do.

A completely immersive experience, explaining the history of the food we baked and ate. And even sent recipes home so we can do it at home as well.

— Tam

Igor was so entertaining and provided an amazing experience. He is extremely knowledgeable about the catacombs-the VIP sections really made the tour worth the money, as well. I cannot recommend this tour enough! Absolutely loved it!!

— Laura

We are two senior couples. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour today with David! We learned a lot about the history of Momontre, which David presented in a clearly well-researched way. Beyond that, he was most entertaining. Highly recommended!

Great tour . Anastasia was a lovely guide. Her love of the area and her subject made it s most enjoyable and edicational experience.

— Annette

David did an excellent job walking us around Montemarte to point out the key sights while including his own perspective and personality. It’s exactly what we wanted!

— Emily

I learned a lot as we were able to see how things were produced in a working boulangerie. So much more has to happen to make baguettes than you think! We got hands on experiences, too, without the hardest parts of the process. Definitely recommend!

— Margaret

Fabulous tour. David was amazing…so personable, with amazing history articulated in such detail and with humor. I can’t say enough good things

Sophie was very knowledgeable, and added so much interesting background, especially descriptions of art and music(and wonder musical clips to add local flavor). Great story teller. Highly recommend !

Laura, the guide was really good. Pace was easy. Montmartre is a beautiful place.

Our tour guide, Tetiana was extremely informative and friendly. She made the tour a lot of fun. We greatly enjoyed our experience walking around Montmatre and learning the history of the neighborhood.

Our instructor Temi was so delightful! So much more than just a baking class. We learned all about the history of these iconic French foods and had a lot of fun making them.

— Jesse

It was wonderful, surprisingly beautiful views of the city of Paris, our guide was so sweet and knowledgeable. She walked at a very comfortable pace and was very patient we enjoyed her very much.

It was an amazing walk. The guide Linda was fabulous, full of energy and explained the culture and monuments of the locality with much enthusiasm. The explanations were also peppered with quirky details of the lives of people in past and present associated with the area.

Very friendly instructor and hands-on experience. I will try to make the baguette and pastry at home.

— Nancy

Our guide Kato was terrific. Living in Montmartre it was clear she knew the neighborhood very well. While the tour was only 90 minutes, I felt she had covered a number of essential items about Montmartre and did not get deep into the weeds. She was easy to understand, clear in her ideas and answered everyone's questions. I found her to be a real professional and liked how she made time for each of the participants on the tour.

— Richard

This was a really wonderful tour and, if in Paris, you don't want to miss this area. Our guide was super interesting and knowledgeable.

— Jennifer

The class was so fun! Pierre was super knowledgeable and a delight!

Our guide Benedicte was informative and friendly. She walked with us through the ile de la cite pointing out and giving us information about the historical buildings and events. It was a good introduction to ancient Paris.

Great tour add the wine tasting and charcuterie it was awesome. Denise, our guide did a great job with all her knowledge of the history of the area.

— Campbell

We had a great tour guide named Marcel or similar. She was educational, polite and helpful. The tour included admission fees, and we travelled to the top and walked down whilst stopping at the gift shop. The views from the top and level 2 were stunning although the views was affected by cloud cover.

— Linda

Denise provided a great tour of the area providing her knowledge of the area and valuable local knowledge on food and art. We enjoyed our tour and would recommend Denise as a tour guide.

Our guide Denise did an outstanding job. She was knowledgeable on everything we did on the tour. She was attentive and very friendly. We added the wine tasting and charcuterie to our tour and were very pleased…thank you Denise for everything it was outstanding.

Great opportunity to learn about making tasty macaroons and a little of their history. Take home goody bag as well.

— Jennifer

Anastasia was very knowledgeable and interesting. She was a joy to tour with.

Anastasia a wonderful guide and showed us all some very interesting insights into the area, supported by the actual historical remnants we were looking at. She is very articulate and was happy to deal with any sort of question, however inane it would be. She is very passionate about her city. The subsequent food and wine tasting was a fabulous wrap up to a wonderful experience, with a great presentation through a variety of the country's offerings.

Igor led us on an enlightening tour through some of the dark history of Paris. He told us the stories of how and why the catacombs came to be and gave great insight into the rich and spooky history of the place. Very worth it to go on a guided tour as there is a lot to see and having a friendly and funny expert like Igor to show you the way is the only way to do it!

— Toby

This was fantastic tour about the Eiffel Tower and good storytelling.

— Allan

From the beginning of this experience to the end, we learned, laughed and enjoyed! Pierre was amazing!

— Nina

Excellent experience, a helpful and knowledgeable guide. Highly recommend.

Laura was amazing! The tour was great.

— Daniela

Great class, intimate and bread was amazing and the financier cookies were delicious. Had a pastry and coffee first … otherwise you’d eat everything there! lol

We had a great experience. Our guide Kato was so knowledgeable and very friendly. We did this tour as a family of 5 and even our 10 year old loved it! Would recommend.

Julia was engaging, informative and has a fun personality. What's important is to understand the history of how it came to be. Why it's still there, how it operates etc. It gives a deeper appreciation of the monument. Because of this tour, I lingered and enjoyed the the experience for hours afterwards! Thanks Julia for the new treasured memories!!!!🥰😍😘

Our guide Anastasia was excellent. Very knowledgeable of the area and Very passionate on the area.

— Susan

Absolutely fantastic tour by Laura!! I've been to Monmartre a couple of times and have never seen it quite like this. We learned a good mix between the history of the area and famous artists who have spent time here. I would recommend this tour to anyone!

Great day with Laura!! Highly recommend.

Amazing tour. Laura was very informative and helpful.

Our guide knew the history of Paris and took us to some very good bakeries and cafes.

— Maryan

It was a great experience with Tetiana.

María was an outstanding tour guide and provided lots of colorful details about past and present Montmarte. Highly recommend.

Maria was a fantastic guide and I had a great time.

I had a great time wandering the passages of Paris with Marie. She was an excellent host. Would recommend.

— Kristine

My daughter and I were the only attendees in the class so we enjoyed a private experience. We met in a working boulangerie and learned how to make macarons in their pastry kitchen. This made the experience even better! Jess is very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of our questions. We got to take home the macarons we made! Parfait!

Anastasia provided a beautiful tour of Monmartre. Ensure you bring a water bottle and are okay with a hilly walk - not unexpected because of it being in Monmartre, but for visitors who don't know the area you should be slightly aware. I also added on a wine and cheese experience after and myself and another couple enjoyed our sitting at a local restaurant, enjoying at least four different wines and the Sommelier was so fantastic - learned so much and made new friends.

— Janet

Great experience. Very nice guide, Tetiana, interesting stops and explanations.

Tetiana was wonderful. She was very helpful when we had trouble at the beginning of the tour and made us feel very welcomed. The tour was fun and informative and the wine tasting we added on was really nice. I would recommend this tour!

She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and shared so many interesting details about the neighborhood, its history, and the places we visited along the way. Her knowledge and warm demeanor made the tour both informative and enjoyable. It was a fantastic way to explore Montmartre and learn more about this unique part of Paris. Highly recommend Tetiana!

Tetiana is a well informed guide providing historical and interesting information. The tour was well paced.

Enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide through a fascinating area.

Guided tour of the Eiffel Tower great experience summit addition was amazing and well worth the extra cost Our guide Macha was brilliant informative friendly and took her time.

Montmartre is a good neighborhood to get a tour in, lots of history and cute streets that you wouldn’t otherwise know about. Our guide was knowledgeable.

— Katie

Had a great experience touring around Notre Dame and the surrounding area with our very knowledgeable guide, Matt. We were supposed to be in a group but when the others canceled, it turned into a private tour. A really fun and informative morning and would highly recommend!

— Kristine

Linda was a wonderful guide. Friendly, knowledgeable, and animated. It was a small group of all ages and showed the interesting parts of Montmartre. We made it to the top without taking any of the steps. A very nice, simple climb.

— Lewis

Sania did an excellent job in providing us with the history of the baguette! She was engaging and it was such a joy to see how passionate she was about this class! She made us feel like real bakers. We had so much fun! I definitely recommend this class! You will have the best time!

— Rebecca

Amazing experience in a beautiful (small) bakery. There were seven of us ages 3-60+ and everyone cited the experience as a highlight of our multi-country trip. David brought comedy and education throughout our visit. He took time to get to know each of the kids and upon learning one was interested in baking as a future profession, he spent extra time showing him aspects of the bakery and answering questions. We rolled baguettes, made financiers start to finish and practiced rolling croissants. We are still talking about the financiers and will do our best to make him proud with our US replication. We left with BAGS of bread and pastries that we were able to enjoy throughout our trip. HIGHLY recommend this experience. Note: any young children should be comfortable standing for a few hours and do well with listening and following directions.

— Lisa

Latin Quarter Walking Tour was amazing. Our guide, Tetiana, was friendly, engaging, historically knowledgeable & English was impeccable. Old medieval town in French Quarter was worth the visit. My teenagers very much enjoyed the sites & wrapped in under 2 hours. Money well spent for Torontian family!

Location was easy to find as it is right in front of the church. We then toured the Montmarte district and it provided some incredible views of the area. We had Benedicte as our guide and she was really pleasant to be with and knew a ton about the area we were visiting. For under $40 a person, this tour is a no brainer.

Absolutely awesome experience! Such a unique and fascinating place to visit. The history, atmosphere, and underground tunnels made this one of the most memorable parts of our trip. Definitely a must-see if you’re visiting Paris! 🇫🇷💀

— Tifanny

Maria was fabulous - super knowledgeable and genuinely interested in the catacombs. The extra tunnels were great - away from the crowds and fantastic to see some different things. What a fascinating place. We loved it.

— Karyn

Fantastic tour. Maria was friendly, funny, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in the catacombs. I loved seeing the extra tunnels not open to the public and all the history about the place. We really enjoyed it.

Brilliant tour with lots of interesting info from our guide Shradha who was really friendly & helped to secure our summit tickets after it being closed initially.

Marie was magnificent. Learned so much, and laughed along the wa

Maria was the perfect guide!! Very fun and enthusiastic! Very informative. Definitely recommend!

Denise was exceptional ! Shared so much about art and the history of the area- we learned so much! And the wine tasting portion was amazing as well. Merci à tous!

— Vanessa

David was the best! He took all of our different interests and focused on each one taking them into account. It was so informative both in history and the feel and vibe of the area. Highly recommend!

Nathalie nos explicó de forma muy entretenida, ilustrativa y divertida todos los detalles de la Torre Eiffel, por la que subimos con ella a pie. Nos encantó.

Dennis was a great guide, very informative, knew the areas we walked very well. Had some great stories to tell. I was the only participant, others no show maybe that is because the directions on google take you to the back of the church. Lucky for me a local told me where to go to get to the front.

— Jillian

Lots of fun for me and my family! Macarons came out amazing!

Matt was a very enthusiastic, passionate, friendly and knowledgeable local. He knew the area and Paris extensively and made the tour very enjoyable. He went out of his way to please including showing me where an amazing fromage shop was. Thanks Matt!

Julia did a wonderful job leading our tour. She was informative and kind, and multilingual. There were English, Italian, and French speakers in our group and she was able to communicate clearly to each of them. Would definitely recommend!

We had Laura for tour she was great 😊

We truly had a wonderful experience of the magnificent Eiffel Tower with interesting stories and fun facts shared by our wonderful guide Shraddha from Experience First. Shraddha is not only a great guide but also a professional as she dealt with another guide with kind consideration. Later that guide apologised to Shraddha.

Incredible tour, impossible not to leave excited. The catacombs are a truly fascinating place below Paris. We went with a 7 years old child and there was nothing to be scared of. Mainly oriented towards history of the place.

My cousins and I booked the Eiffel Tower 2nd Floor Guided Climb with Experience First through the Paris City Go Pass. Sagar AKA Sugar was a great tour guide. He was very personable and funny. I really liked that he had visuals with him and kept the information short and to the point. It was a wonderful experience and it was great to laugh at his jokes while huffing and puffing up the steps in the Eiffel Tower.

— Michael

We had an outstanding time with Temi! We were lucky enough to do our pastry baking session with just our family of four. She was so informative, fun, and great with the kids! Our boys, 6 and 9, really enjoyed getting to make their own baguettes and pastries. She kept their attention the whole time, and as adults we loved it as well! Temi was simply a joy, highly recommend!

Our guide David was full of interesting facts, personable., Funny. We enjoyed every minute. This was my 3rd tour of Monmarte and I learned much more than the other 2 tours. David even spent an extra 30 minutes showing us more sites. Top notch.

— John

Fanny was a great guide—friendly, enthusiastic and informative. Loved strolling streets before we reached crowded tourist sites. Enjoyed Fanny’s interesting anecdotes about people and places of Montmartre.

Our tour guide Sagar was great! So informative and knowledgeable. Told us several things I had no idea about both about Paris and Notre Dame. Great exercise and great experience. Very recommended.

Fredy gave us a guided climbing tour of the Eiffel Tower to level 2 then we went to the summit on our own. He was excellent and helped make the time queuing pass quickly. He had lots of great facts and made sure everyone could be involved. He also made sure I had the river boat cruise tickets and pointed out which boat I needed to get. My 14 year old son really enjoyed it too and I would highly recommend a tour with Fredy. (Only one D!)

David was very knowledgeable and spoke impeccable English. Maybe an expat? Started a bit slow, and snarky, but picked up and became more light hearted. A little much on street art, but that might just be me.

— Karen

It was a very fun and informative class. jess did a great job explaining and demonstrating. And we Took home yummy macarons! IT was great!

— Margie

Great exterior background tour!

Wonderful tour of a unique neighborhood in Paris. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and easily guided us through the city.

— Hannah

Very experienced in French culture and food she knew all The artists and history of the French icons

Tetiana was a wonderful guide. I have been to Montmartre many times but never with such a charming and informative guide. Our family group between the ages of 12 through 84 were thoroughly engaged the entire time. Top notch experience!

— Deborah

Linda was an awesome guide, we booked into a later time slot but it was still very busy, an easier pleasant walk up the winding streets of Montemarte stopping off at different points of interest along the way. After the tour we stopped into one of the many restaurants to watch the passing parade & enjoyed a great meal

Excellent experience! Bakery is nestled down a beautiful street. All employee interactions were friendly and welcoming. We were promptly greeted and given pastries and drinks. Our pastry chef, Sofio was great. She was kind and knowledgeable. Great with our 13 and 11 year old. Gave us historical context about what we were making - Financiers and Baguettes. Walked us through all steps and explained nuances that make baking these items the best they can be. Samples along the way were excellent! We were the only ones in the baking class. A bag full of baguettes and financiers to go at the end. Wonderful from start to finish Completely worth the cost for the experience. Sofio was even kind enough to give us dinner recommendations when we asked. 10/10 recommend

Sophie was very knowledgeable and courteous. She seemed to really enjoy what she does and we certainly enjoyed her as a guide.

— Steven

We were with Sagar for the tour. He was brilliant, knew lots of facts and told us how to stay safe inside and around the tower. He led us up the tower and when we got up he told us good places to take pictures. He told us the history of the tower he was also extremely funny and was always talking to us. Thank you, sagar.

As a first tour in the morning, must say the weather is cool and nice. Our guide explained us with extremely good english about the history of the tower and also what we should or could do in the tower. We also had time to ask things. As group we entered the area, she bought the tickets and took us to second floor of the tower. Telling us all the time what is happening, this is important. After this we continued tour ourselves, took the lift to the summit. As we got healthy feet we came down stairs from the second floor.

David was a great tour guide. He explained the history of Monmartre in an interesting and engaging manner. Very personable and made for a wonderful experience!! Thanks, David!!

— Terry

Linda was amazing. It was so hot outside but she kept us in the shade, gave us some amazing tips for bistros to visit, and made sure we all stayed together. I loved hearing all the fun facts and history along with funny stories.

Easy online booking (via Booking.com), convenient meeting place, great guide (Masha) and thoroughly entertaining tour.

— Simon

Sophie really highlighted the neighborhood. She was a previous resident and offered much more insight than we would have obtained walking solo. While it has nothing to do with the tour, expect big crowds at the top in July if you do the 5 pm tour.

— David

Matt is a fantastic guide. Even though he’s not French, he knows both ancient and modern history extremely well. He’s knowledgeable about architecture, medieval history, literature, and current events. He uses helpful audiovisual guides, makes jokes, and his tone of voice keeps the audience fully engaged throughout the tour.

— Luis

My visit was absolutely wonderful – the landscapes were stunning and the local food exceeded all expectations. I checked Wetter morgen https://wetterio.de/ every evening so I could plan the perfect outdoor activities without any surprises. Everything went smoothly thanks to the accurate forecasts, and I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend the trip!

— Michaell

This baking tour was everything we hoped for and more. Cute little working bakery. Our instructor, Paula, guided us through the bakery, explaining all the equipment and how it works. She also spent a lot of time introducing us to the history of the baguette and other breads. It was a real cultural experience. A hands-on experience for sure. We loved manipulating the dough and creating cookies too. Best part, we got to take everything home with us, which we enjoyed for the rest of our trip. If you book this tour, please ask for Paula because she was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed this adventure and are actually still enjoying it a few days later. Yum!

— Terry

We had a great tour, our guide Ekaette was informative and fun. She involved the whole group in the tour which was lovely.

Patient teacher and fun for the family!

— Heather

Twtiana is smart and knowledgeable. She had a lot of information about the famous artists who lived in the area. We enjoyed the tour.

— Vindya

Wonderful guided tour experience.

— Ashakim

Tetiana was a wonderful guide. She was so informative and thorough and just a joy to walk around with and hear her explain all of things in Mount Marjorie. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone needing a good broad oversight on this area of Paris.

Was a very good experience. I would advise people to give themselves at least two hours of doing the summit experience.

— Nicol

We really enjoyed the Emily in Paris unofficial walking tour and our host Fanny did a great job. The tour was very walkable, and we were able to see many of the shooting locations for the series. Would recommend!

Laura was amazing. We learned so much of the history and even got some local recommendations from Laura.

— Erin Josh

Natalie was our tour guide. Full of information about the Eiffel Tower! Very friendly

Benedicte was a great guide. She was articulate, engaging, and fun. We enjoyed our tour very much!

Emily in Paris tour. Fanny our guide, took us through parts of Paris made famous by the Netflix series. She was very informative and gave us an inside view of the scenes and locations. A great tour that makes watching Emily again (for the second/third time) a must!!

Laura was our tour guide, and she was awesome! Her explanation of the history of Montmartre was super engaging and fun 🥰 I would definitely recommend this tour!

This tour is a great way to learn about Montmartre away from the crowds. Fanny is an excellent guide!

Unexpectedly delightful, informative and enlightening. You learn a lot of history and interesting facts. A well-paced, 90-minute-long tour by a highly competent guide, Maria in our case. Highly recommended.

— Gonder

Very interesting tour and Laura was an excellent guide.

Laura was exceptional! We really enjoyed all of her stories and it was just enough information! Would highly recommend!

Easy to find the guide at the Eiffel Tower they were several persons in the spot. I received by mail and it was really easy to find my guide. The guide was kind and helped with all information I needed. Also, they communicate by mail and answer very quickly. Great experience!

— Diana

Our chef was great. Very encouraging and friendly. Had an excellent knowledge of his subject!

— Jerry

Our guide was amazing, she was so enthusiastic, friendly, informative and efficient. The experience was brilliant and well worth it, even though it does cost a lot. Especially as you are able to spend as long as you want there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our walking tour of Montmartre. It is a hilly, artsy, area with great history and beauty. Our tour guide Benedicte was very knowledgeable and pointed out things and places with a stories we would never have known on our own. Wear good walking shoes though. You will be walking up hills and stairs and on cobblestone. Highly recommend this tour.

— Kathy

We really enjoyed our walking tour with Benedicte. She was so knowledgeable and pointed out so many fascinating things about where famous artists lived, were inspired as well as other interesting things and people in the area. We also passed the area where current artists were painting. A very cute and interesting area to tour, shop, eat, and explore. Wear your walking shoes, though uphill and some stairs and cobblestone.

— Nicole

Fantastic tour with Laura. A lot of information in a very relaxed manner. Went by quick, and we would highly recommend. Book through Go City pass.

The host, David, is extremely knowledgeable. Get ready to learn about the history and the chemistry of French baking. The experience is more about the product than the recipe. Very enjoyable. Well worth it!

— Linsa

Igor was wonderful! So personable and charismatic, an expert tour guide. Take this tour with Igor, you will not be disappointed!! We really enjoyed the tour, a fascinating history of the site - from the use of the quarry for stones to build Notre Dame to the ossuary where 6 million people are buried. A really excellent tour made even better by Igor!!

The tour exceeded our expectations. The guide, David, was exceptional!!! He was knowledgeable, personable and engaging. We all enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend it.

Temi was wonderful. Super engaging and great with our kids. I highly recommend this activity for families.

We had a wonderful morning on our tour with Maria S. The covered passage ways of Paris truly are hidden gems. Maria was very informed about the passages and gave us lots of background about Paris when the passages were built. She also gave us so many suggestions about shopping and places to eat. I would highly recommend this tour on your visit to Paris!!! 😊👏😊👏

Our family had a WONDERFUL experience with this baking class! We had a 5 & 8 year old, and this was very feasible for them. Especially because our guide/teacher, Temi, was SO patient and engaging! We learned some great history, saw behind the scenes, got to get a little bit of hands-on, and we got to taste. Very memorable experience, we would definitely recommend it!

— Elizabeth

This was a great walking tour and lasted about an hour and 45 minutes. Laura was our guide and did an excellent job giving us the history of the area and spoke perfect English. You learn all kinds of information about the area that you would’ve never known about. I highly recommend this walking tour and Laura as your guide.

We had the best French bakery class with Valentina. Highly recommend this experience!

— Jeninfer

This was such a charming tour. We love Montmartre. Laura was incredible. She was knowledgeable and had a great energy—perfect morning in Paris.

This was an informative tour of Montmartre. Laura was friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining. Recommended.

Excellent time and totally enjoyed it. Best experience in Paris. I believe it was with Pierre, who was very good!

Our guide was just lovely. She shared a lot of information. I like that she had photographs to show you at the stops. Unfortunately, I can only remember that her name started with a T.

— Amy

Yeah thank you Laura was fantastic as a walking tour guide. We understood the history of the place plus visited a few attractions.

Even though I got late reaching the meeting point, I was able to find them via the route available on website and distinct orange colour of the guide - LAURA - special thanks to her she let me join in and all the tour she was just amazing. She gave so much information that on my own I wouldn't have been able to find and lovely spots to see during the tour and history of montmarte - I would totally recommend anyone to take this tour.

Laura was amazing! Great tour!

We spent a fabulous 3 hours with our guide Paula, who was kind and welcoming and very knowledgeable. We were given a free drink and pastry on arrival, then we spent time in the kitchens learning how to make baguettes, financiers and croissants. We were given the opportunity to get hands on and we were given lots to take home. There were only 3 of us on this tour (we did Sat afternoon at 13:30) so lots of time and space for questions and to get to know each other. We highly recommend this tour!

— Sarah

Very interesting tour. Tetiana gave us lots of interesting facts about Montmart. She told us stories about famous artists and a story about a saint during Roman times. Great tour with great value.

This was an amazing experience. The kids absolutely loved it. We learned so much and our teacher was so sweet. Even gave us recipes. AAA must do when in Paris.

— Steven

Excellent way to discover macaroons! Jess was full of info and just amazing

The class is wonderful. Pierre was our instructor and he explained a lot about the profe 1 how to form a baguette and make a financier. Best yet, we were able to bring our baked goods back with us. We were also taught how to properly roll a croissant. It is a very hands on class and Pierre will answer any questions you might have.

— Michelle

Wonderful tour of Montemarte. Our guide, Benedicte, was fantastic. If you get lucky enough to have her as your guide, you will have a great time and learn about this area.

— John

It’s Montmartre, prepare to walk, but the tour guide was very accommodating. She was also very knowledgeable.

— Aline

Very nice tour with our guide Sophie! Thank you very much.

We booked this class for our travel group with ages 15-94. Jess was amazingly patient and skilled at keeping us on task to make delicious macaroons. It’s a small group and we got to meet other travelers that were in our group. We got to make three colors or macaroons and three different fillings. Book this activity and enjoy your macroons !!!

Laura was knowledgeable and personable. If you are looking for a walking tour. I highly recommend her. Will definitely use again but only if with her.

David gave an excellent tour of the area and provided depth to impressionist painting and the area. Was great!

Laura was great. Very informative.

Chez Manon was the perfect host for our croissant and baguette class. Valentina made the class informative and interactive. We sampled pastries, compared types of baguettes, and created baguettes, croissants, and other baked goods. Highly recommend! We thoroughly enjoyed our time this morning. Come hungry, leave full 🩷

Our guide Valentina made this a very special tour for our family of 4, including 2 teenage boys. We learned hands on how to prepare dough for baguettes and croissants, as we had a chance to make small Financials cakes. Valentina was fun, patient and provided great instruction. It was wonderful to see and taste the product of our work! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a hands-on activity in Paris at a working bakery!

Our guide, Tetiana, was the most professional, knowledgeable, friendly and well-organised that my wife and I have encountered in our forty years of travelling together (and we are both travel industry professional). Although I thought I knew Paris well, this tour of the Covered Passages was a revelation. Well done to Tetiana and ExperienceFirst

Sophie was a fantastic guide! She provided very informative and interesting information. Highly recommend!

— Alicia

fantastic experience worth it

— Paola

Jesita was amazing. She was very patient and informative. Me and my sister had an amazing time making macaroons from scratch😁😌

— George

Igor was a great guide through the catacombs. He kept us entertained and provided a ton of great history and info. It was also a nice way to cool off during the unprecedented heat wave. Highly recommend!

Very educational and interesting. Good techniques you can take home! Temmy was a great teacher and we had a great time.

We had a perfect experience with Tetiana. I definitely recommend this tour about this special part of Paris. It was interesting, sometimes intensely sad and also a lot of funny backgrounds. The tour will definitely enhance your Paris experience!

Jess was a wonderful pastry/macaron teacher! She is so friendly, informative, and fun! Highly recommend!

Shahadra, the guide was very knowledgeable and informative. Lots of information about thd tower etc.

Warm welcome, always allowed questions, everybody got a turn. Timmy was so lovely and I was Given a warm birthday greetings for my 10 th birthday. Loved it all

We thoroughly enjoyed our baking experience. My husband said it was the best part of our visit to Paris. We learned how to make and shape baguettes, croissants, and small cakes. We were able to sample items and take home are finished baguettes. Valentina was an excellent teacher and made the whole experience fun and informative.

— Kimberly

David was our guide and he was terrific. His enthusiasm was infectious and he was extremely well-versed in his subject matter. The only issue for me was the steep hills we had to climb and the heat — 90°/91°F!

Anastasia was a wonderful guide with many good insights. Our family of 5 learned many things and saw points of interest we would have missed without the tour. Strongly recommend

— Jon

Anastasia is a great guide! Smart, interesting and informative. She was considerate of others! Enjoyed the tour

Great experience. Lots of fun and very well organized.

Great host. Loved learning and helping to bake - about half and half. Love being in a real working bakery. Very kind people and glad we booked it with our kids that love baking.

— Abbi

Our guide, Nathalie, was very professional and nice. She is extremely knowledgable.

This was an enjoyable two hours where we got to prep and then make the macarons. You end up cooking a batch of about 30. If I have one complaint it would be that as a couple you “share” the practice of making the macarons, whereas if you’re a solo participant you just make your own. I’m fine for it to be a shared activity, just the price is per person. Basically, I just wanted to walk away with more macarons!

— Jeremy

Very enjoyable & fun walkjng tour :)

Our tour guide,Linda, was Delightful and so knowledgeable. My favorite tour on this trip to Paris. A wonderful way to see the Montmartre area.

Laura was amazing tour guide. I love it how detailed she was on the subject.

Laura shared great information about this historical neighborhood in an engaging way with her perfect English!

— Chris

Laura gave us our tour and did an amazing job. She really brought the history alive and was very engaging.

A nice introduction to Montmartre. Laura made the tour informative and fun. If you’re planning a trip to Montmartre, this tour is a great place to start. Definitely well worth the time.

Seeing the behind the scenes of a bakery was fantastic and being able to roll a baguette and make a French breakfast treat was very enjoyable. The best part of the tour was our guide, Tammy and being able to eat our creations and take some home with us for later

Really interesting to hear about the history of one district of Paris and see the most interesting sights. The guide, Laura, was really informative and able to answer any questions anyone had.

Guide Laura was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. A bit hard to hear at times in the very busy spots.

Tetiana was great. She gave the history of Montmartre and told enjoyable stories. She was welcoming to everyone and seemed interested in our learning and enjoyment. Bravo!!!

— Marilyn

This was the best tour that we've been on so far in Paris! Tetiana was the best! Knowledgeable, smart, kind, and catered to the needs of the group. Very informative. It was out first time to Montmartre and she told us many interesting things. It was a great tour, and we would take a tour with Tetiana again, with no hesitation. Thank you Tetiana for making our tour so great! Tom and kate

This is the perfect class for learning the technicalities of making macaroni. The environment is fun and really instills confidence in the craft. Highly highly highly recommend!!

Linda was an outstanding guide who kept the group engaged throughout the tour. Her English was impeccable, and her enthusiasm made the experience both enjoyable and informative. Through her insightful stories, she brought the history of this fascinating area to life

Anastasia was a wonderful guide. She knowledgeable and nice. She handled our tour quite well even in the rainy weather.

— Patricia

Paula was my instructor and she was so great! She had knowledge about history of Paris and since this was the only “excursion” activity I did, I loved that I got to learn some history for my first time in Paris. Our group size was perfect with just 4 of us. Sad I couldn’t take my croissant home but we got to take everything else! It was so good.

— Stephanie

Visiting Paris and seeing the neighborhood of Montmartre was something I have wanted to see. It was a wonderful experience to learn about the area. Our guide Linda was excellent. Very knowledgeable and provided great information about the area. We were able to stop, hear about the area and take pictures. Thank you Linda for a wonderful experience!

— Catherine

Paula was amazing ! She gave us a good background of the bakery and industry that I never knew I could learn about. The baking experience was very hands-on and well-paced. The class was about 2 hrs long and we got to make 3 types of bakery items. I thought the experience was well-worth the admission price :)

It's a good tour. And that they will learn about French culture, art history and famous French people who once lived in Monmartre.

— Susan

Linda was great! Very knowledgeable regarding Monmantre history. Loved her facial expressions as she talked. This involved a lot of uphill walking. Loved the artist park area after the tour was over. There is a lot to see in the area.

— Dorothy

Clara made this activity great! She was fun and organized and we loved our time making baguettes and croissants and cakes under her guidance. From canada we send our praise and thanx to Clara

The experience was great as was the tour guide Sophie, but it poured rain for 1/2 of the tour! A lot of uphill walking on cobblestone roads.

Despite the somewhat rainy day, Sophie gave an interesting and engaging tour. Her stories really brought the area to life. She encouraged photos at several importance stops and kept the group together, despite the differences in our ages and mobility. Thank you Sophie for an amazing tour! I hope you will also be leading our Marias tour on Wednesday!

Lovely tour with our guide Fortune

Wonderful morning class with Pierre. We loved learning so much and making our own bread to take home. Memorable experience!!

Limoncello was a great guide she was informative and helpful

Eiffel Tower Tour by Lift - Lift to 2nd Level in English Alex was a great tour guide and it was an exceptional experience. We thoroughly enjoyed his preparation for the trip up the tower and all the information about the tower. He also spent some time with us walking around the second floor to explain many of the sites around Paris. We would definitely recommend Alex and ExperienceFirst for that tour.

This is an amazing place. The respect for the dead but the practical beauty of the bone stacking is really amazing. Our guide was knowledgeable and managed the group well. We saw amazing sights like the only church used in the catacombs.

We had a GREAT time doing this activity. Paulette was awesome- she had a fun sense of humor and made us feel right at home. My husband and I really don’t do much cooking/baking, so this was way out of our comfort zone… she made it so much fun! We actually left with too many macarons to eat. It was also very cool to go “behind the scenes” of a real, working bakery. Loved it!

— Amy

Great activity - our 13 and 11 year old grand daughters are calling this their highlight of Paris ! Clara was both funny and warm and left a lasting memory plus some great bread making inspiration

— Julie

It was a lovely and informative tour by Fanny. We learned the history of the passages and what is unique about each.

— Rebecca

Ana was a amazing and very informative person

Katie was knowledgeable and enthusiastic despite the rain. We learned so much about the Montmatre and highly recommend this tour.

First of all, Montmartre is a gem in and of itself, there’s no secret about it. But thank god for Bénédict leading this brilliant tour, pointing out the area’s little details of cultural and historical significance! (Warning: You might want to skip leg day if that’s how you plan to start your morning of the tour. Lots of steps and hill climbing involved.) If you want to discover this most beautiful side of Paris, I would highly recommend this tour!

— Dania

Katie was wonderful…both knowledgeable and enthusiastic despite the rain :-). Highly recommend…really gave a flavor and history of the area.

Manifique! David taught us technique and was a wealth of knowledge. Eating the bread at the end of class was the best! I’d do the class again with David!

Many thanks to our tour guide, Hafid. We enjoyed his tour and left with greater appreciation of Notre Dame Paris.

Hafid was excellent and made our tour exceptional.

This baguette making experience was so much more than we expected. When we were waiting to get into the baking class, we were offered coffee and given some free pastries. In the class, we also made bread, almond cake and learned how to properly roll croissants. Sania, our class instructor, was very complementary to us as students and positive and knowledgable.

Excellent tour! Our tour guide (Joanna) was friendly, knowledgeable, and very sensitive to our individual needs. She presented extremely interesting tidbits about the Eiffel Tower, and Paris/French history that is intertwined with the Tower’s history. And the views are extraordinary. Highly recommend.

Great Family experience with an excellent host

A fabulous experience with fortune our guide up to the top of the Eiffel Tower. He was very knowledgeable and we learned loads. The stairs , however, were a killer. It’s the highest second floor I’ve ever been to 🤣😅 but well worth it. It was an amazing experience and it took a full afternoon. Highly recommended. Thank you Fortune for making it special.

Lucille was our guide on the Eiffel Tower. Very informative and outgoing. Everything went as planned.

What an exceptional experience! A lovely bakery in a cute market area in Passy. It was very clear that Paula loves her craft and was a vibrant and enthusiastic teacher. I can’t wait to use these recipes at home.

This tour/class far exceeded our expectations. Small group. We learned a lot. Had hands on experience shaping croissants, shaping bread and making a almond treat. Pierre was wonderful. Very kind, informative and patient. We took home baked goods we made and had a beverage and bakery treat to take with us when we left. There were so many class options throughout the city, I am so glad we found this one. Highly recommend it….and Pierre!!!

Amazing day out seeing the effluent tower. Our tour guide Ekaette was fantastic and very knowledgeable..

The tour was great, guide was very knowledgeable of the area. Laura was very pleasant and enjoyable. She also provided recommendations to eat and shop.

Lars was excellent, this was a worthwhile tour.

What a wonderful experience my daughter and I had with Pierre at his bakery. We learned a lot about baguettes and got to make one and bring it with us…so good! We also made delicious financiers to taste and bring home. In addition we learned how croissants are made and learned how to roll them too! We enjoyed a goodie of our choosing with a cappuccino. Pierre was the best!

Denise was a wonderful guide! She took us through all the highlights of the Montmartre area in Paris. She was funny and informative. The neighborhoods are beautiful, and you learn about the famous artists who lived and worked there. So glad we took this tour!

Our tour guide Laura was amazing! She was a great story teller and very knowledgeable on all of the site tour stops.

This Montmartre tour was enjoyable for various reasons. One was that it started halfway up the hill to keep hiking at a reasonable level. Another was that there were only eight of us, which made conversation easy. Our guide, David, knows Montmartre inside and out. And he must have been an art history major because he not only knows art, he has something to say about it. At times, however, it can be a little too much. We would have liked to hear more about life in Montmartre today.

David was very knowledgeable about the area and shared many insider details that made the tour interesting.

Wonderful class with clear instructions from a delightful and personable teacher! We really enjoyed it, and the macarons were the best we’ve ever had.

Lucielle was an excellent guide. She was organized, mindful of the needs of the group. Patient and knowledgeable. Her experience in aiding us through the process was immeasurable. She made the tour interesting and worth the time and money. The cost of the tour was affordable and well worth it.

This tour was perfect, scenic, informative and engaging. Special mention to our tour guide David who added humor, reverence and historical perspective along the way. Would definitely do again and recommend to friends and family 👌🏽

Wonderful tour of Montmarte, hitting all the highlights with our well informed tour guide David. His humor, reverence and historical narrative enhanced the beauty of the charming town . A definite must do.

A lovely walking tour that gives you a few highlights of Montmartre. Natalia was a great guide, knowledgeable and loud. My only hesitation was that we went to some very touristy spots and it felt hectic. More history of the area would be interesting. She did a great job leading us to Sacré Coeur via streets rather than just up the stairs.

My family and I booked a walking tour of Ille de la Cite and Notre Dame with Sophie this weekend. Sophie took her time explaining the history and the background of each street and building. I learned so much on this tour and it has really inspired me to read some of the books that was inspired by Paris. I highly recommend this tour to get the most of your time while exploring Paris. She also gave me a list of foodie recommendations which has been super helpful!

Absolutely unbelievably impressive! Held in a Paris bakery, with a trained French Pastry chef. Not only did we enjoy the process of making macarons, our guide shared the history of the macaron. A beautiful experience for my small group. Lots of smiles and fun pictures

David was one of the best tour guides I’ve ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and funny. My wife and I learned a lot about the area. He welcomed and encouraged questions. I would highly recommend this tour based on my experience with David.

Sophie our tour guide did a great job. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She knew a lot about the sites on our tour and French history. She even provided dinner suggestions.

We had the most wonderful experience of the Eiffel Tower and were so glad we had booked a guide . Julia was incredibly knowledgeable and shared stories and information in a memorable way without overloading us with boring facts . We had children with us ( ages 13 and 11) and they loved listening to her. ( we were very pleased especially because we weren’t sure who to book with , we had left booking directly through the official site to late and so glad we found and used Experience first .

Laura was the best tour guide! She was a wealth of information with regard to the history of Paris and the Montmarte neighborhood. She interacted well with everyone in the group. We’re so glad we took the tour and fell in love with Montmarte. We stayed after the tour to grab dinner. Highly recommended!

Laura, our guide was patient, a wonderful story teller (added her own humor). The 2 hour walk was a breeze and it changed how we perceived the whole area of Montmartre. Definitely recommend this of you love stories, history and travel over just touristy experiences.

Laura is a wonderful storyteller. Very entertaining and pleasant.

Clara our guide was wonderful! She was So fun and informative! We enjoyed a coffee and pastry while we waited for her to set up. We got to go behind the scenes of a bakery to see how baguettes are made. We rolled a baguette and croissants. We made some fanciers. We took home all the goodies we made with us! Highly recommend if you wanna know the keys of a good baguette ! 🤩⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️

Laura did such a good job! Very informative and set a great pace! Loved the stories she had to tell.

Excellent guide. Sagar was quite entertaining and knowledgeable. Really enjoyed him and the information he provided.

Laura was great! Very knowledgeable and made it so fun.

Nice experience and story in the Montmartre.

Excellent class. It was great to learn how to bake macarons with great instruction. Definitely recommend.

Really nice and fun experience. Well prepared and great for American travelers. Nice people and delicious food prior to the baking process.

— Maureen

Very informative about the history of Paris.. Anastacia did an excellent job of tiing the architecture into the historical events

Paula from the bakery did an amazing job with us baking beginners. We had a small class and she had impeccable English and and baking skills

Paula was our instructor and did a fabulous job explaining different techniques and bread criteria. As bread connoisseurs we truly enjoyed ourselves.

Natalii was fully informed and prepared for this tour of artistic Montmartre, with information, insights, charm -- and her iPad with supplementary images. She was always kind, attentive to the slower-moving members of the group. My first real experience of a guided tour in Paris. I would take a tour with Natalie any day.

Laura was amazing and knowledgeable about the Monmarte area, and she speaks very clear English. Always nice to have a guide that grew up in the area you are touring. Totally recommend this one!

David was an excellent guide - he was experienced, well-informed and prepared, particularly with many obscure details concerning the cultural and artistic history of Montmartre, and had a great, casual sense of humour. Highly recommended.

Laura was wonderful! First here English is fantastic. She had a great sence of humor as well. The tour was very informative and we learned things we could never learn on our own. I would definitely recommend!

Very informative. Denise had lots of info and answered questions with even more in depth history. I would recommend to anyone

My niece and I met up for this tour, both of us visiting separately from the States. Everything was as promised, that is, delightful. Our guide, Natalie, led us from one storied spot to another and was full of unexpected details. She also was attentive to those who needed a bit more time to walk. One note: at Metro l'Abbesses: take the elevator, not the winding stairs!

We enjoyed this walking tour in Montmartre very much, and our guide Nataliia was very nice, easygoing and knew a lot about most things in Paris. Her english was very easy to understand as well.

We had a fun morning with Valentina as our leader in this baking class. Going behind the scene of this amazing bakery was a great experience. We were given a choice if a complimentary pastry and beverage when we arrived, then learned how to make baguettes, financiers and croissants. All in 2 hours. There was a lot of information about the bread-making process and history shared by Valentina. We went home with armfuls of breads. Our 15-year old and we adults all had a great time. We took a cab there, but walked back to the Louvre area in about 20 minutes. Lots of fun, and the hands-on experience was a good break from regular city tours.

David was excellent. Very knowledgeable and thought provoking

The guided Eiffel Tower tour was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Our guide Flora was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating historical insights and little-known facts that really brought the monument to life. Skipping the long queues made everything smooth and stress-free, allowing us to focus on enjoying the experience rather than worrying about logistics. The views from the top were breathtaking, and having a guide to point out key landmarks across Paris made it even more memorable. What truly stood out was the guide’s enthusiasm and ability to engage everyone in the group. They struck the perfect balance between informative and entertaining, making the tour enjoyable for all ages. Everything was well-organized and ran right on time, which made the entire experience feel seamless. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Paris—it’s the perfect way to experience one of the world’s most iconic landmarks.

The guy was very kind, made us feel welcome, and taught well. The kitchen is immaculate. Definitely worth booking.

Maria was fantastic, really enjoyable tour and saw many things we would have overlooked without her expert guidance

This was an excellent walking tour of the area. The guide, Laura, was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable with numerous facts and stories which she was able to bring to life.

Temmy was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. My 9-year old daughter and I attended the class and had a lot of fun and learned a few things along the way. I highly recommend.

Denise was a great tour guide, and took us around to see all the interesting spots in Montmartre. I would recommend this tour to friends!

David was a great tour guide. He was friendly, patient, and informative. We all had a great time time!

Candice was amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Lots of walking and lots to see!! Wonderful tour with stops at interesting sights. Laura was very knowledgeable!

Great experience and informative tour. Maria was excellent 👌🏻

Paula was a fantastic teacher! She was knowledgeable and kind. We had a great time and the bakery items were delicious!

Our guide - Laura Rocchi was excellent. Very impressed with her knowledge. She has the perfect personality for these tours. Party of 6 from Ireland and we were super impressed!

— stephen

Paulette was amazing. Our macaroon class with pastry star Paulette was the highlight of our trip! She was patient, kind and funny!

The 90-minute Montmartre walking tour was a wonderful experience! In such a short time, I learned so much about the area’s rich history and lively artistic culture. The guide made the stories of Montmartre come alive in an engaging and fun way. Walking slowly from the foot of the hill up to the top gave me time to feel the charm of the neighborhood and enjoy its beautiful streets and views. Definitely worth spending 90 minutes for a deeper understanding of Montmartre!

Our guide Laura was amazing. She explained so many historic aspects of this neighbourhood and she was so friendly that we all really enjoyed the tour. I have 2 kids aged 11 and 14 and they loved it too. Thank you Laura for being so knowledgeable and so passionate about what you're doing!

Denise was a really great tour guide and looked after our motley bunch of tourists from all over the world really well. She gave us wonderful and interesting information on all the various monuments, streets, churches and gardens. Told us tales of history and art and was a fun person to have looking after us. Would recommend Denise and Walking Experience Tours.

— Stephanie

Candace was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Great tour!

Superb. Clear knowledgable descriptions as we wandered. Denise was exceptional. Highly recommended. Merci beaucoup Margaret NZ

Great opportunity to learn how to make macarons while in Paris. Were met with a voice of beverage and a couple of macarons. Mixed, baked and assembled the macarons and took home our treats. Instructor was very friendly and explained everything very well.

Pierre was wonderful, engaging, polite, patient, really made the experience fun! I went with my sister and it was worth every penny, didn’t take too much time and made lifelong memories!!!

Very fun baking class where we made baguettes, financiers, and coissants. Temmy was the best! One of the best experiences in Paris!

We enjoyed our experience. The materials were well prepared. We do wish they would provide a recipe at the end of the experience, but overall it was really great!

It's a must do experience!! Our instructor, Paola was so nice and knowledgeable!! We loved our class!

Nice experience. The guide gave us a lot of interesting stories about the Notre Dame, so we really enjoyed it.

We had an excellent tour with Lauren, she spoke excellent English, was very knowledgeable, organized and easy to communicate with. I learned a great deal nave very much enjoyed the tour.

— John

Highly Recommend, Our tour guide David was both informative and entertaining. He made everyone feel at ease as he shared his knowledge with the various hidden sites. David was considerate of both the people on the tour and the people that live and work around Monmarte. A fun tour. ### Handy Hint, take the elevator up when you arrive at Abbesses Metro. :)

— Joannes

This was such a fun experience! We went with 6 family members including our two toddlers and everyone enjoyed it. It was educational, fun and tasty! The chef that taught us spoke perfect English and the kids were highly engaged. We got to take almost all our treats with us that we baked and they took such good care of us.

Laura was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. lots of interesting facts and good recommendations. Despite being based on a hill the tour is very accessible and run at a leisurely pace.

— Lauren

Aditya was great! We left with 50 macarons!

Our guide was Joanna. She was well paced throughout the door, very natural and enthusiastic. Appreciated the pictures that she brought on the tour as it helped create visual stim to correlate her words to the past that she was sharing with us. It especially helped my teenagers correlate things as they are usually nose down in their phones.

— Helen

Great experience! Super nice Guide! Thanks Laura!

— Christian

This was an awesome tour. Matt was an excellent knowledgeable guide! Highly recommend!

Maria was the best and made the trip fun

This class was a highlight of our trip to Paris! The class is very hands on, fun for all ages, and we made plenty of delicious macarons to take home.

— Sabrina

— Patricia

The class was fun and educational. Our instructor was great! Funny and engaging. She was great with the kids. I highly recommend this experience. Plus the cookies were great.

— Ann

We had Ellen as our Tour Guide for our Summit tour of the Eiffel Tower. She was professional and very informative. Unfortunately, as she went to collect our tickets for the elevator the summit was closed due to inclement weather- it was hailing and windy - so we stopped on the second level where she continued with her talk.

— Candace

Interesting part of Paris that you could easily miss. Maria was full of stories which brought the area alive.

We really enjoyed Maria's walking tour of Montmartre. Maria curated the best bits of Montmartre for us and delivered these with insights and good humor. Maria was welcoming and paced the tour well for pictures and those that walked a bit slower.

We took this tour with Maria. She was excellent. Her knowledge of the cemetery was second to none, and she was very engaging. Would highly recommend.

We had an incredible macaron-making class with Paulette. She was incredibly patient and engaging, especially with my two boys, who were completely involved and attentive the entire time — no small feat after a long day of travel from Amsterdam! Her pacing, attention to detail, and teaching style made the experience both fun and educational. The macarons turned out great, and the entire class was worth every moment and every penny. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Paris — Paulette truly made it unforgettable.

— Denis

Really great tour, super engaging, great sense of humor, really brought Montmartre to life

— Marc

We had a great time baking! We started the day off with coffee and croissants! Priya was the best host and instructor. We loved our experience!

— Karen

We had a great tour with Sophie today! We have been to Montmartre before, but Sophie explained so much that we did not know. Her multi-media presentation was quite interesting. She has a speaker to amplify her narrative as well as play relevant songs. Her picture book was helpful to give us a perspective on what used to be.

Pierre was so friendly, informative and professional. Everything was well organized from the time we arrived until the time we left. We learned so much. All the staff were friendly and interesting. Memorable experience! Highly recommend.

— Dani

Kato is amazing guide. We really enjoyed this tour with her. The telling was easy, funny, understandable, interesting and cognitive.

— Kana

What a wonderfull day again with Melanie. We were with her 2 years ago for the Private Eiffel Tower Tour. She is so positive you cant help but smile always. We are so very pleased. Syabas !

This wasn't my first visit to Montmartre, but it was my first time visiting with my daughter; for that reason, I decided to take a guided tour. Denise was wonderful. She gave us a warm welcome at our meeting point and guided us through the streets of Montmartre in a highly informative and entertaining way, sharing extra details that only a local would know. The hour-and-a-half duration of the tour is perfect. I recommend considering staying in the area to enjoy a little more time there. Our group was very small, which gave us the opportunity to get to know one another a bit. The price of the tour is entirely reasonable, and you will be delighted with the experience. It was a true pleasure to be part of Denise's group, and I hope to return to Paris and take more tours with her. À bientôt, Paris !

— Maria Anthon

Linda was spectacular. Made the entire tour feel like she was reading a story to us. Very theatrical and funny. Keeps you very engaged. Perfect for teens and young adults.

We had a wonderful time at the Paris Behind the Scenes Macaron Baking Class. Jessica was warm, patient, and made the entire experience a lot of fun. My daughter and I had a great time whipping up the ingredients, and we've been enjoying the macarons ever since.

— Debra

This was a busy local bakery, so you knew it would be good! Our "guide" was so great. She was charming, friendly, informative, patient, and funny. We started by learning about the flour and dough, then went on to shape the baguettes. We also rolled croissants and made a whole batch of a little cookie called a financier. Yum! We took so much home with us!

Denise is amazing! Very considerate and easygoing. She has so many cool facts and makes the tour very interesting. Highly recommended.

Tetiana was very warm and friendly and answered any questions we had!

— Jackie

Kato was a wonderful guide, giving pertinent and interesting information about the area. She was informative and entertaining. Love the area if Montmartre!

Despite the freezing rain, Tetiana made us forget the weather and enjoy stories behind some beautiful buildings off the beaten tourist tracks around Montmartre. Tetiana also breathed life into tales of famous artists who lived and worked here. Also, the best tip for a hot chocolate after the tour was very much appreciated!

— Gail

What a fun experience to learn about the baguette doughs, croissants pastries. We got to roll our own baguette & croissant plus made the batter for an easy almond cake. We were able to take our baguettes, almond cakes and a special croissant with us. Fun experience & learned a lot.

— Pam

The experience was magnificent, and the tour guide, Fortune, was intelligent, funny, and very knowledgeable. He made our experience of the tour ten times better.

— Christopher

Great information shared in a various interesting way

— Sakina

David was amazing!! He was very entertaining and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend him! He was great with all ages... kept everyone's interest!

— Nancy

Laura was a superb tour guide. She certainly knew her history - from the execution of St. Denis that gave Montmartre its name, through the Paris rebellion of 1870, to the construction of Sacre Coeur, to the revival of a vineyard, to the career of a beloved modern cabernet singer - while keeping it light and amusing. While she is French, she had a great British accent, the product of many hours watching. Downton Abbey, she said. We look forward to signing up for more of her tours the next time we are in Paris!

— Bill

Wonderful time learning about the baguette doughs, rolling our baguettes, making almond cake and learning how croissants are made. The baguette has an amazing flavor along with the almond cake and croissants. Pierre explained all the processes and was so cordial.

— Pam

Denise was an amazing tour guide, very attentive and knowledgeable. It was such a joy to have this experience led by a true professional. Hope she gets more tours for people to have the same positive emotions as we did!

Fanny was a welcoming and engaging guide for our 90 minute walking tour of Montmartre. This is an ideal tour for a first-time visitor to the area. Fanny integrated French history and included more recent cultural references as well. Fascinating!

— Joan

— Ron

— Michael

Sylvia provided us with an interesting tour hiking up to the highest point in Paris. We enjoyed the small group of only 19 people (good to come in the off-season. She is very knowledgeable & speaks 3 languages. Great choice for us.

Great tour with Matt! The weather was freezing, but Matt kept the group moving and gave us lots of interesting history lessons. :-) Response published

Maria was wonderful, comedic and knowledgeable. Did 2 tours with her this week, 10/10 recommend for Paris tours!

Excellent, María was very informative and personable. We learned a great deal. Thank you! Gracias!

A really fantastic Parisian experience which my 13yo daughter and I will be talking about for many years to come. Paulette was a wonderful teacher, happy to answer all our questions whether they were about macarons, food or about living in Paris. The class was relaxed but productive and we came away with many macarons and the knowledge to confidently make them ourselves at home. We worked as a pair, with Paulette working with anything hot, but we still mixed, piped and joined our macarons together and Paulette explained all the steps as we progressed. Bring along a a pen and paper to take notes about methodology and any other tips that are shared. The biggest decision you will need to make is what colour your macarons will be!

LINDA is the best !!! She is actually THE tour !!! She makes the tour so much richer and more enjoyable despite the cold. I would book another tour ONLY if Linda is my tour guide again! Beautiful tour, loads of historic, artistic and curious information.

Really fun class! It was a small gathering, and a great way to spend time with our family during our stay in Paris. The instructor was fantastic, too!

— Kelly

Fanny was an excellent guide. She was very knowledgeable and engaging. I enjoyed that she discussed the history of the passages and why they came about. It is an interesting tour but pretty short. Of course, it was freezing the day we went!

We had a great time with Valentina at the boulangerie. We shaped and baked our own baguettes and bread bowls and made some delicious financiers.

— Kimo

His knowledge of the Eiffel Tower and its history is impressive, and he shared facts in a way that was easy to follow and entertaining. Fortune was also very attentive and genuinely caring, always making sure everyone in the group was comfortable and had their questions answered. Thanks to him, the visit felt personal and memorable rather than rushed or generic.

Went on carriage ride and Christmas market tour. Was a great experience, they provided blankets and the carriage was covered which help with the colder weather. It was amazing seeing the city this way. Would definitely recommend.

— Jon

Sylvia did a fantastic job sharing her knowledge of Notre Dame and d’ile de la Cite! The weather was dismal and very wet, but that didn’t stop her enthusiasm. Thanks for a great tour; we learned a lot today!
